I agree, there's some nice conversion work going on. I really like where you went with the beastmasters.

I went with the Wildwood Rangers when I did my conversions. Those, corsair arms, and select Dark Eldar heads (Kabalite or Wyches, I'd have to look at the ranges closer...). Good luck!

Last Herd list I played had their stampedes made up with plastic jungle animals

I saw a video where a guy used an Ogre Stonehorn/Thundertusk as the centerpiece of his stampede. I definitely want to get creative with it and those plastic animals are pretty cheap at the craft store

I finished a unit of Dark Shards last night. I'm going to try to base them today and I'll get pics up. All my hobby stuff is boxed up so I have to do some digging around first.

Great choice Cult, I've always liked that model but haven't picked it up. My local game store has one on the shelves still, I might look into it.

I vote monster so I can finally start work on my kharidyss! It might be a good idea to make it "monster or XX" for those that don't access to some sort of monster.

I agree, its a versatile kit. I built the chariot and used one of the dark steeds for a dark Pegasus conversion and plan on using the other for a BSB.

I think free choice would work. I have a unit of 10 Darkshards I started right before I deployed, I think I could get those done in time for this month once I get home. @Daeron - Great job on the corsairs! This month's challenge is simply keeping my sanity. I'm 30 days out from a plane ride home, but should be there just in time for June's challenge!
