old ones rock, especially the armoured one (with that general on it).

first dwarf flesh, then thinned down chestnut ink, then dwarf flesh again, then elf flesh, then pallid flesh (well, until my last pot has dried up). or start from elf flesh, and finish with white. currently i layer my skin from shadow grey to white.

skull white makes it too pink, so does bleached bone. start from scorched brown, and layer your way up to red gore, then start adding vomit brown.

glued everything with standard superglue, then again around the joints, then greenstuffed everything shut, has worked so far.
