The cloak works very nicely I think it adds what the model was missing.
My criticism is not to do with the wrinkles, more that I think it should be more flowing and up away from the horses back.
If you lifted it, I think it would add more speed and match better with the horses pose and it's tail.

With the level 2 dark sorceress, choose shroud of despair.
Then force as many LD tests as possible and profit.
The witches seem too large for, I think you could easily drop 10 and get another unit. Dark shards to go for more panic maybe?

Those stats and rules look pretty brutal, but if they aren't MI then execs are a pretty good counter to them.
And Gutrot looks good, up to 8 WS8, S7 attacks is nothing to be sniffed at. All for 250pts.

I think your master could do with being the BSB. Maybe mount one of the sorceress' too and she can sit with the locks or dark riders, or go dark magic and go power of darkness and sit her in the cold one knights. Splitting the shades into two units could be better aswell. But it looks a pretty solid...

I believe the high elf bolt thrower comes with a quiver of bolts, would look cool strapped to the ogres backs/hips.

Last I heard of the Bret's they were going to be released during the end times and were being labelled as the saviours of the empire. But can't remember where I heard that and it may have been completely made up but it would make some sense I think.

For the pop on the cloak a very light dry brush of warpstone green might help. Then a mix of that and white for the extreme highlights.

Keep the units as they are and run her in the warlocks, but try and keep your other fast cav units within marching range.
So then if her bunker gets shot up you can switch between the units to safety

I'd drop one unit of warlocks and up the other to 7-8, put the sorceress with death in them . Then I'd split your darkshards into 2 units then you get another banner for fortitude and you don't have to commit all your shots against one unit, but you can still combine them if you want.
