Hey, Decent effort here. My main suggestion would be to decrease the starkness of the highlights. Instead of jumping straight from one colour to the next, mix them for progressive highlights and the end result will look a lot more natural. Also, for the basing, you may want to add the odd rock or so...

I'm a big fan of bright or pastelly colours. Anything that looks somewhat fruity tends to be good actually!

I won't actually be using the rubber duckie. Bright colours are one thing, squeezy plastic bath toys are something else!

Sorry but I have to a bit of criticism here. The waistline looks far too "busy" like you've been trying to cover the fact that Keeper's waist is much thinner than the big tyranid thingy tail and they don't really fit together. I really like the idea though, top notch there! Yeah I agree 1...
