This looks truly amazing. ou should somehow find a way to mold it and sell it, I'm sure many people would love to have one of their own. :)

Too bad the dark elf army I'm going to build will have completely different style, otherwise I would have loved to copy this.

I really like your colour scheme and the warriors look very smooth.
From the three versions of the shades, I think I like the second one (simple updated version) the most, even though all of them are nice.

I really like the cauldron, it's original and very faithfull to the fluff (judging from what I've heard) at the same time. I look forward to seeing more from you. :)

I am sure it would be possible to get such a model somewhere. The first that comes to my mind is this one: http://juza-miniaturas.blogspot.cz/

You can also find many miniatures of captives and slaves, such as here: http://www.cryptlock.de/index.php?cPath=1_2, here: http://www.reapermini.com/OnlineStore/v ... down/03312, http://www.reapermini.com/OnlineStore/v ... down/02580, here: http://www.brother-vinni.com/gallery/28_girls01.htm or the official GW ones here: http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catal ... od1630062a

A cool idea for the unit filler, I'm sure it will look awesome when painted. As for spider webs, I have found this tutorial: m. The effect is really awesome, but it requires an airbrush. Also, you can probably just use cotton wool, as this guy has done: m I have never tried it myself, though. I hope...

Thanks for the suggestions. :)
My boyfriend said he would prefer trousers and I can try to show the Harlequins to him. About the Wardancers... aren't they in one piece and metal? If so, I would be afraid I might not be able to convert them successfully.

As I got so much help from you guys, I've taken the liberty to change the title (rather than start another thread) and add another question: In my (boyfriend's) very converted army, we want to do the corsairs as something like "male witch elves," or at least belonging to the same part of t...

That seems to be a great option, thanks for pointing it out to me. Can I ask from which dark eldar box did these come?
Thanks again!

Thanks everyone. I have already looked at the high elf archer heads and am also not sure about the style and haircut. Too bad about the elven "fashion", I guess. So far my best bet seem to be glade guard heads, as some of them have some weird "helmets" as well, but I was hoping t...

It was supposed to be "dark elves", bus as I was thinking about heads, the word just... happened. This is what happens when I don't proofread... *blushes*

Greetings

*looks around nervously* I'm not really a Warhammer person and not really a druchii... yet, I may add. Maybe. So I don't really know what to say not to call the wrath of the Dark Elves on my head. I was introduced to miniature painting about a year ago in a Games Workshop store in Edinburgh (while b...

Looking for suitable bits

I am starting a dark elf project/army, probably converted beyond recognition. I am still looking around the range, but I would like to ask, is there any way to get heads that would look good on dark heads, but with smaller helmets than those of from example the warriors? I would be grateful for any ...
