A Cauldron of Blood does not change the unit type making a unit immune to Stomp/Thunderstomp attacks any more than adding a character on a cold one to a unit would. An infantry unit can be stomped.

Keep notes. It's fine to finish a model and then wander away to another project. But if you come back to a unit months later and can't remember what paints you used, it's very discouraging to have to try and figure it out for the next one.
