Aelfs and Slaanesh

Post by Lord hajjij »

So in the screenshot below - 3rd paragraph - there is a mention that Lord Tyrion, who is presumably the leader of the Aelfs,

lead his improbable allies to capture Slaanesh...

This has me REALLY excited. It seems that perhaps, this might be the new "good/evil" Aelf rift: good Aelfs ally with the forest spirit types, and evil Aelfs forming some kind of pleasure cult. Remember, Morathi was devoured by Slaanesh in the end times - provided there is some kind of capture, could she be coming back?

It does make sense to have a bad-ass female sorceress as the leader of an "elf like" faction.

An intriguing story hook, given what we know about Tyrion's past corruptibility and Slaanesh's links to the lines of both Aenarion and the Everqueens.

I have to admit, I'm getting increasingly excited about the Age of Sigmar...

I hope they will take the Slaanesh track again with the Dark Elves ! Never build a Slaanesh cult but collected a lot of models to do so :D
