Not local but rather unknown (infamous :twisted:

) bands. GP goes for an electronic industrial metal sound. Unlike most metal bands, GP's singer uses several pitches and is able to do a pretty decent Dani Filth-style scream. Gorgonea Prima is a combination of austere and very traditional black metal with industrial keybord/samples. GP's atmosphere is industrial - dystopian visions, failure of mankind + cosmic - galaxies, black holes, universal grandeur + very organic - the galaxies merge with cells, bacteria, natural processes, decay etc.
ND is an acoustic funeral metal (if such a genre exists - I'm not a fan of over 9000 subgenres but this one fits) combinded with black ambient. (disclaimer/warning: after listening to ND for more than 2 hours you start to be very (IMO VERY) depressed)

Ah, great. Always on the lookout for more industrial/black hybrids. I'm a great fan of Aborym and ...and Oceans or Havoc Unit as they are now called, Dodheimsgard and such, and to a lesser extent the likes of Anaal Nathrakh, Trollheim's Grott, etc. so I'll be sure to check GP out. Not so much into ambient acts like Xasthur, so I'll give ND a miss.

Got any local or national BM acts you consider worthy of recommending?
