Dark Rider shooting after march?

As i remember, Crossbow is Move or Fire each turn.
and our Repeater Crossbows count as Corssbow......

So the Dark Rider cannot shoot after normal moving?
and also cannot shoot after Marching.....????

sound like ridiculous; to give RXB to my Dark Rider...

Please correct me if i get it wrong.

Our repeater crossbow is "Move AND fire" weapon. It is at first. Second: fast cav CAN shoot after march. They are just received a -1 to hit penalty for moving and shooting as usual.

Page references for those (citing is believing): rules for the Repeater Crossbow are on page 44 of Warhammer Armies: Dark Elves, and the rule allowing Fast Cavalry to march and shoot is on page 70 of the Warhammer Rulebook.

Yeah, our crossbows are different than other peoples, and aren't move-or-fire.

AFAIK, Dark riders are only allowed to shoot in early spring.

So it is with wild strains. Careful breeding has produced Dark Riders that will shoot any time. If I had my way they'd shoot you for a naughty subject changing spammer, and as said they could do it in all seasons and weather except for Howler Wind, Chill Wind or Skaven storms.

Indeed, they can even shoot in Dark Rain, although they don't much like it

Dark rain is best with dark clothing and heavy cloaks.
