Does banner or murder stack with Xbows?

no, armor piercing doesnt stack, pretty much the only thing that stacks is extra attacks

and also, armour piercing does not affect ranged attacks (unless specified as with the RXBs)

It does mean the RxBs get AP in close combat though.

Still fairly pointless seeing as you'd have to use the BSB in the unit to get it as RxBs don't have a basic magic standard option.
