This seemed like the best place to put this, my apologies if I am incorrect.
Having been away from the game for a few years I was reminiscing over the army book two editions ago when Tullaris and Kouran were mere fluff and weren't included in the rules.
I vaguely remember that Rakarth and shadowblade had official rules, possibly tullaris as well.
Would anyone be able to point me in their direction if they exist anywhere in print/online? I would be greatly obliged.

Re: Old rules for Dark Elf Characters
That AB had several additions.
Shadowblade had his rules indeed, but Rakarth is unknown to me.
Tullaris had his rules as well, although not official (needed opponent's agreement).
There was also the Cult of Slaanesh.
Finally, there were magic objects added.
Sorry but I have no clue about where to find these rules on he Internet (and in English).

Thanks T.D. that would be really helpful. Any idea if Kouran had any rules?
He is named in the same section of the army book though I don't remember anything for him from then.
Thanks again

Re: Old rules for Dark Elf Characters
I've got the 4th ed army book; here's a quick rundown:
Beastlord Rakarth of Karond Kar... M5 WS6 BS6 S4 T4 W2 I8 A3 Ld9
Black Dragon... M6 WS6 BS0 S6 T6 W7 I8 A7 Ld7
Magic items:
Whip of Agony: extra attack at the start of each combat round that forces Ld test if it hits. Failed = enemy can't attack that turn.
Enchanted Shield: +2 armour save.
Armour of Fortune: Heavy armour, 5+ ward.
Special Rule: Beastlord
If Rakarth draws or wins a round of combat against a monster (without a rider), then that monster becomes under his control until Rakarth is killed.
Kouran... M5 WS6 BS6 S4 T4 W2 I8 A3 Ld9
Carries an extra sword for a total of 4 attacks.
Magic items:
Blade of Ensorcelled Iron: +1 to hit
Armour of Meteoric Iron: 2+ armour save
No special rules.
Tullaris... M5 WS6 BS6 S5 T5 W2 I6 A3 Ld9
Wears heavy armour.
Magic items:
Executioner's Axe: Great weapon, killing blow, no mundane armour saves (keep in mind Execs had D3 wounds instead of killing blow in this ed.)
Black Amulet: same as current rules
Special Rules: Expert Axemen (D3 wounds)
Shadowblade... M5 WS10 BS10 S4 T4 W2 I10 A3 Ld10
Two hand weapons
Magic items:
Heart of Woe: When wearer dies, every model within 2" takes hit with D6 +4 strength and D6 wounds.
Potion of Strength: Standard +3 strength
Special Rules: Master of Disguise
Can hide in an enemy regiment. Have to roll when revealing him to see if he was caught.
Elf, Human, Zombie successful on 2+
Skaven, Orc, Chaos Warrior, Beastman successful on 4+
Any other successful on 6
Look at those elves with T4/5! That's a real thowback.
Malekith, Morathi, and Hellebron are there as well, for a total of 7 named characters.

^^Nice one Scythe.
Thanks for sharing those with us all.
I remember S5 T5 Tullaris being the most macho Elf of all time (until Orion that is. Though Orion as a demi-god is cheating )!
