To all playtesters
From your experiences so far what are your 3 favourite Revision items or items you would most be likely to utilise. I refer here to the Revision as it stands and NOT anything you would like to change.
Mine, in no particular order
Rod of Doom
City Guard
Banner of Relentless Assault

City guard seem to be quite the popular choice and i agree whole-heartedly
Mine are
1)City Guard ( very cool unit, it fits with the high tactics society of the druchii very well lore wise and i see no reason why it should be core in our normal list)
2)Banner of relentless assault ( witch elves! woo! lol)
3)Venom Sword (its just so nice to have an alternative from the normal old GOP, and it kinda funny challenging a arrogent chaos khorne player's lord characters and they start laughing and and say they accept ...then they quickly shut up as I kill their precious khornate lord with that one wound I did after they fail the strength test and I roll a 5 on the D6 extra wounds.
Although those are my favorite 3 choices from the revision I love them all!

Despite my lack of playtest posting I have been playing quite a bit
my faouvored 3 options currently are
1) Garrison Formation (aka City Guard) - we all know they make sense. Either with or without the points reduction
2) Insignia of Authority - with army book COK's and charriots this is proving a real top item. Most of my opponents don't Like the Ld9 due to its effects on break values so I've stopped using it. The Insignia however seems just too useful for my lord the flexibility the 18" range gives is excellent, allowing me a 3' wide zone in which to opperate with the charriots supporting my infantry and the COK spearheading the assault on the opposite flank. this has proved really good for setting up hammer and anvil attacks with my lord still with the infantry formations but with enough range to get my COK out onto a flank to drive the enemy into them.
3) Staff of slavery - this was a tough call as I like all 3 of the bound spell items I gave this one the nod due to the tactical flexibility of the dominion spell.
