Which tactics best suit the Druchii?

I'm going to be honest and say that, at the moment, I'm throwing a range of units on the table up to a price point and consequently getting battered! It's getting old now (plus I'm bringing shame to my fellow Druchii). I got beyond murdered by a Dwarf force in my last game.

I know I can be much more competitive but I'm tactically lost.

If anyone can point me in the direction of good threads or other sources of info (I've found a few) that would be great. I guess the main objectives are:

Something that explains the uses of our units.

A relatively simple strategy that I can use.
