The list isn't very hard. It will be smashed by anything with a strong magic phase (the ring isn't panacea) and it also stands very little chance against WoC (you have nothing to get rid of the Hellcannon and Knights, and they can beat any of your units, including BG and COK). It also won't play against anything with ability to evade, because it has little manoeuvrability, and not enough shooting.
In a friendly environment, though, it's a nice list.
