2400 upcoming tourny list

I have been working on a list for afew weeks now for an upcoming tourny at 2400 pts. This is the list i have atm but not 100% sure on it yet. So feel free to have your say

Supreme Sorceress
Pendant of Khaeleth,
Tricksters Shard. Lvl 4.

Master
Cold One, Sea Dragon Cloak,
Heavy Armour, Ring of Hotek,
Whip of Agony.

Death Hag
BSB, Cauldron of Blood.

Repeater Crossbowmen x 20
Musician.

Spearmen x 28
FC, Shields.
Banner of the Eternal Flame,

Black Guard x 20
FC, Banner of Murder.

Dark Riders x 5

Cold One Knights x 9
FC, Standard of Hag Graef,
Other Tricksters Shard.

Chariot

Harpies x 5

Shades x9
AHW.

Hydra

The main plan will be shades behind then Hyrda + Coldones on one flank hold the centre with spears and crossbowmen. Other flank will be BG + Chariot. Dark Riders will go on one flank depending on terrain etc.

Firstly, maybe the army is too small, but then again it depends on how you use it . I think the problem you'll run into is can you kill enough stuff from the enemy before they hit you and whether you can stop their army from arriving all at once. For that reason I'd swap the dark riders for another unit of harpies.

Another problem I see is that taking the Ring of Hotek, is that unit going to be charging off on its own so your own mage doesn't miscast? If the enemy can isolate and destroy that unit that a heck o lot of points. I'd suggest taking away the ring or alternatively putting the master on a peg so he can fly up next to the enemy.

Also you might want to consider finding another 17 points and putting another shade in for 2 units of 5.

ok ran this list with afew alterations last night in a game with an empire player. We got the Diagonal deployment battle (meeting engagement i want to say). I rolled for reseves and missed BG, Spears, so not too bad.
This was the list i changed too-
