Here's a fun list idea a friend of mine and I came up with. Definitly don't want to see CC with this list.

I guess it could be fun to play, but very boring to play against. Wouldn't use it against my friends :p

I'm not sure this kind of list is that suitable in this edition. Although it looks interesting and certainly a nice change from typical DE lists, I think that the absence of killing power means that scoring VP's will be tough. Large infantry blocks that swap to a large frontage will catch alot of these units overtime too.
