noob's first 8th edition 2.5k list, advice welcomed

here is my first attempt of making a 2500 pts list with our cool new AB.
any advice is so welcomed and please add comments about why you would change what.

2x 10 warlocks

here is what i am now, i think i have some more points to spend but i dunno how, actually.. any help?

Lvl 4 needs a lore.
DR would love a muso - it helps them to rally.
RXBmen like music too - it allows them to rearrange AND shoot.
20 warlocks? That's really many of them. Wouldn't you take some shades instead of some of them?

I would give the rxb command and shields so they can work as a combat block too. I also agree with calisson that it's probably too many war locks, I would personally also go for shades to help heal with redirectors and blast template war machines that will hurt your combat blocks. or take a hydra or something fast moving that can help support your blocks. the execs and WE's will be what gets you the most VP's so making sure they are supported and don't get bogged down in lasting combats will be important.

thanks guys. sure for the musicians, they were meant to be there but i forgot them^^

aren't DRs redirectors, too? why do you both suggest shades? which are their advantages on the other redirectors?

about the monster i have a box of hydra/kthing but i can't decide which one is better (((
