First time Triumph & Treachery game tomorrow. Four players including me.
1200pts is a wierd size but what I came up with is this. How does this list look? The gear on the master feels a bit lame. How to change that? I have not been able to fit in the Cloak of Twillight yet I really do like the extended threat range of a flyer.
Have anyone played T&T? What is it like and what type of lists are advantageous?
The "idea" of this list is to bum rush a single target with pegmaster, byss, hydra and chariot and hope for the best. Lots of forward power on little frontage in essense. The rest of the list is to clear chaff and set up this one charge. If opponent has less ranged power, I can sit back but that does not seem likely.

T&T is a game made for the fun, not for the win, so play what seems the weirdest.
Now, assuming you play for the win:
In T&T, any small unit above 100pts is a great unit for the opponent: they get the possibility to kill it in their round and get all the VP!
Avoid at all cost small units with few wounds.
I.e. your core units are very, very bad, DR are a gift to all your opponents.
You would be much better with a single large unit of either corsairs (either AHW or RHB) or, probably better, shards with shields. Make it as resistant as possible, and make sure it will resist any opponent single charge.
On the other hand, warlocks are great with their ward save and their ability to cast magic missiles.
Your RBT are great, too.
Hydra and Kbeast, not resistant enough, better take a good old COC.
I'd rather maximize warlocks.
For the character, peggymaster is probably the best bet. Fit him so that he can kill a unit on a single charge. A mantimaster would be even better.

Oh... back to the drawing boar then. Thanks Cal!
(I tried to make up a joke on drawing boars but could not think of any)

Ok, next try after input by the esteemed resident corsair Calisson.
Quite different but should play similarly. More shooting though so I could also afford to stay back more often. Shades are there to fill up points. They are frail but below 100pts so it should be ok.
One option would be to ditch one unit of warlocks for a fighty character to go with the darkshards but there are only so much one can do within the 300p hero allowance. Or could it be done?
Core
20 Darkshards w/ Shields, full cmd, Flamebanner
Special
2 RBT
EDIT:
And either:
2 Cold One Chariots
5 Shades w/ great weapons
Or
10 Cold One Knights w/std Gleaming Pendant
What would work best with the rest of the list?
END EDIT
Rare
2x 5 Warlocks
Characters
Pegmaster w/ Full armor kit, Lance, Cloak of Twillight
Total: 1198
