Membership search

I know this is minor but is it possible to track members down on an alphabetical search?

There are over 170 pages of members and if you are trying to find some one not on the first or last page, it is hard.

What do you think?

Cheers.

To find a member, use the search function. Write nothing in the search field, but the account name in the Author field. You'll get all the posts by that member, and can click on one of them to see his post and thus get to his profile.

@ Nagathi, appreciate the suggestion but it still takes time. If you don't know the users name or unsure, it still puts you back in the original boat.

Other sites have the option and IMO makes it very easy to use.

Cheers.

I think its a good idea. :) It would make a number of things a bit easier to take care of. However, for now given that Kitrik is still away if I'm not mistaken, I think we may have to make do with Nagathi's suggestion.

Just below our beatiful Druchii.net logo, you'll find a bar. Search for Control Panel, and hold your mouse over it. Amongst the options, it says Memberlist. Now, in the right top corner you can choose ways to select the members. What do you know...alphabetical order is one of them ;)

To get the alphabetical order, sort the list after "Username".
