In the rulebook there are the following teams:
Reiklanders
Middenheimers
Marienburgers
Skaven
Witch Hunters
Sisters of Sigmar
Possesed
Undead

But a whole lot more has been added on the specialist games website.
Do not know them all but a few:
Carnival of Chaos
Lizardmen
Ostlanders
Averlanders
Beastmen
Warriors of Nagarythe (HE shadow warriors)
Druchii
Dwarfs
Orcs & Goblins
Pit Fighters

There are quite a few teams to choose from... Some are for the Lizardmen Cities of gold game but that is just mordheim in Lustria... The rules available on the specialist games website.

So the choice is yours. My personal favourites are the Druchii (of course) and Skaven...

The Druchii warband is currently being "redesigned" so that it fits the mordheim world better (it was considered to be too powerful by most of the staff at Specialist games as far as I understood).
It might therefore be difficult to find the last official version of it, since they do not display it anymore. If you want to participate to the DE band overhaul, I am sure your contribution would be appreciated.
My suggestion for now or if playing with unofficial rules does not bother you too much : try on google or if you read French, on the french website of Games Workshop, you have a french version of it in the Druchii section. You Scot right ? So you should be able to read french otherwise what about Auld Acquaintance, should it be forgott'n ;) ? (otherwise I know not of any Gaelic version of it, but I could try to translate it if you're a Gaelic speaker - although I speak mostly Irish gaelic not scottish :? :P ).

In addition to my compatriot's comments.
You can find the unofficial Druchii warband (which, as a sidenote, was designed by Specialist) on the Mordheim warband. It's in the articles section, Lustria .pdf number two or three, can't remember. Worse comes to worst and you really can't find them, I think I have them, so I could email them to you.

Edit: I do have them. Look around on the MH site some more, and ask again if you really can't find them.

Alternatively, you could have used the new, experimental warband rules and helped us with playtesting, you know. :P
