My first impression: The fact that the files are "...a bit rough and ready in presentation terms, an unavoidable symptom of the already-mentioned packed month" I consider a positive feature - at least I don't have to waste toner on printing black pictures. A negative feature is that authors probably did not have time to read it before publishing...

Anyway, the pdf's contain some new scenarios (one recommended for each NC region), some new warbands (for the prominent NC races) and some new hired swords and dramatis personnae. And some new table of chance encounters.

Scenarios
=======
Nightfall: The warbands race across the table. I just don't get why the fight.
Necromancer's Tower: The warbands are in an area around the tower, which attacks closest and farthest models and spawns zombies. Again, I see no reason for warbands to fight.
Warmachine: A battle for mortar, used by defender.
Last orders: Scenario missing. Should have been something in mines, using rules for Khemri.
Flood plain: Skirmish in difficult terrain.
Shifting paths: Skirmish in dungeonbowl terrain, with paths somehow shifting...
Fowl play: catching pidgeons - the only interesting scenario here, in my opinion.
Wild Wood: Skirmish, complicated by local enemy.

Warbands
=======
Hochland bandits - humans with many economical advantages
Black Orcs - elite orcs with a troll
Dwarf rangers - dwarfs with a runesmith
Forest goblins - a lot of goblins with a spider
Horned hunters - Priest of Taal from Ostlander band, traps from Averland, infiltrating heroes, no guns.
Imperial outriders - all models mounted by a rule.
Students of Nuln - based on shooting from gunpowder weapons, which are cheaper for them to make them feasible choice.

Hired swords
=========
Black orc overseer - cancels animosity
Dwarf pathfinder - +1 exploration dice
Runesmith journeyman - runesmith
Old prospector - Wyrdstone Hunter
Scout - human equivalent of goblin lantern bearer. Without lantern, but better in combat. And shooting.
Witch hunter - well, witch hunter

So, in general, I consider most of scenarios lame, and most of warbands and hired swords interesting. There are no campaign rules, just some clarification of mounted rules and wood rules. Suggested setting is Empire in Flames, as could be expected.

And, in second paragraph, it says: "Marching an army roughshod through the lands of the Empire would be a foolish and inefficient use of resources." In other words, playing Warhammer for NC campaigh is a nonsense ;-)

These are not skirmish but wyrdstone hunt wariants.

I would call it witchhunters for Taal

In fact blundebusser, this I see as more interesting feature.

I consider it simillary. Nonetheless we see different scenarios, warbands and hired swords as interesting.

My first short word to this is: "Mordheim is still played and developed? - Nice!"
Maybe I'll have a test game with this.
