I would go with Combi-Flamers in the Sternguard rather than combi-meltas. You already have a boat-load of anti-tank, and spending points on one-shot weapons that can miss always seems wasteful to me.

Agreed, needs more flamers. However, I'd put them in the tac squads. Also I would take missile launchers over lascannons in the tac squads. Other than that I can't comment, as I don't have the new codex yet.

First up, your Dread is off on its points. Your 5 short of what it should be. Second since you maxed out your tac squads go with the free flamers and missle launchers. That will give you 50 pts free which can be used for 2 more sternguard. I would also drop all the combi weapons. this wil give you the 5 pts you need for the dread and enough left over to just give one in each a meltagun,since you can now field 8 sternguard in each choice. Youll still have 7 stern shots and a multible use melta.
