Call of Warhammer - A Total War Version of Warhammer
First off, I am sorry if this have been brought up before but I could not find anything with the search function.
Now as for Call of Warhammer...
A team of Russian modders have cast themselves into the fray designing a mod coverting vanilla Medieval Total War 2 into a warhammer mod. It is set during the Storm of Chaos and have just released 1.02 patch though there are still some issues that needs to be worked on.
In the latest patch they just added a new faction, which I suspect might interest you.
Now if these fine gents have caught your attention you can look at the following links:

English Translation Unless you speak Russian this is required really to play the game.
Should there be any questions I'll try answer to the best of my ability.

The other problem being that Mark of Chaos is impossible to find - at least around here. The DE expansion was in the shops for about five seconds, but apart from that I haven't seen hide nor hair of it.

To be honest I can't tell you that because I've never played Mark of Chaos nor ever seen it on the shelves in any store near me.
So I can't help on that front I'm affraid.

@Dalamar: I think if you know anything about the Total War series it is basicaly that game engine with changes to reflect Warhammery stuff like magic on the battlefield, large monsters etc.... I would say it looks pretty good actually.... Must dowload it ASAP.

Er, yeah, on second thoughts, those do actually suck.... One reason I was never prepared to include 'em in my 1000 pts DE army back when I actually still used it.... Never really got painted, it was mostly black - some basecoated...

I'm an AVID player of call of warhammer. Not only is it superior to mark of chaos in every regard, it is also superior to total war.
It's a mod for Medieval: total war 2, and features around the Empire thwarting a chaos incursion to the north, though they ARE (as in, the map is already done.) most of the warhammer world. (From naggaroth to badlands, Lustria to Khemri)
The armies look realistic when they fight, and almost every unit in tabletop is in game. When you upgrade your units armor/ weapons, they visually change. E.G Un-trained spearmen with no upgrades are wearing a little bit of mail and a robe, and full trained upgraded spearmen are wearing full battle plate, with huge epic helms and menacing spears and shields.
The races that are in are : Every province of the empire (All different with different units, ostermark has units dedicated to morr, Reikland has crazy knights and religious people, Stirland has specialist bowmen, etc)
Orcs & goblins. Nuff said, come from the badlands. Includes savage orcs.
Night goblins from the mountains.
Dwarves (my, second, favorite race.)
Vampire counts, Fearless, cheap skeletons to swamp your enemy with elite units of vampires and grave guard.
1 faction for each chaos god, and an undivided faction later in the campaign. (Including demons, and special chosen for each god)
Beastmen (mainly they just harass the empire from forests)
High elves & dark elf expeditions (Not really functional in the campaign, though fun for multiplayer, and will be in full use when naggaroth and ulthuan come in)
Skaven are being worked on, and Lizardmen and Tomb kings are planned.

OK kids, the mod has advanced significantly and is now includes a full campaign.

1.031 full plus the english translation is a fully playable campaign and installs without any issues.
If you like Total War and have M2:TW and Kingdoms laying around, give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

Some screens from my first campaign
My first battle, note the damage done by the executioners. In a siege assault they went in the front gate versus 350 marauders, a unit of chaos warriors and a mounted chaos general.
Second battle was much more desperate, without either Black Guard or Executioners, versus over 300 chaos warriors, some chaos knights and a chaos lord - plus another 500 or so marauders.

Well, they should be there as they are in the basic game. As long as you have all the bits loaded their should be a campaign and DE in the game. Check back to the website and confirm you have downloaded everything.
Also, they only start with two areas and they are very out of the way.

A two-province starting position out in the boonies is acutally quite good!! Lots of rebel settlements to conquer!!!
