ESO : Elder Scroll Online
Anyone planning to play this one? I'm actually really looking forward to start PvP again.
Still has to pass the Beta test this weekend to see if i'll get it right away or wait a bit, but i'm getting really excited about this one.

Re: ESO : Elder Scroll Online
Just spent 2 hours in the beta... so far, the combat are nothing like what we got used in MMORPG, which is far from bad...
Everything is at ultra, or high, and it runs smooth like baby skin.

I have been eyeing up that collectors edition. So you think it is going to be worth while from what you have seen in the beta?
Re: ESO : Elder Scroll Online
Well, it always depend what you're expecting...
personally, PvP really attract me because its the same as DAoC, which was one of the best PvP experience. Then the crafting seems interesting enough (requiring alot of exploration).
One thing i like so far is despite NPC change spot depending on where you are in the story, it seems "invisible" to anyone else... So less instancing (like SW:TOR)

Re: ESO : Elder Scroll Online
The NPC issue bothered me at first... But then I though... Its not the single player story that will make or break the game... Its the PvP and community (and I like how tactical the PvP can be if you can get at least some people out of the zerg mentality.)

Pre-ordered the Imperial retail box last week. I'm really excited about this one. If anyone's interested in a Dumner (Dark Elf) guild and is a roleplayer, a group of friends and I will be getting together on the EU megaserver. There will be a website for the guild soon, I'll let you know once it's set up.

Re: ESO : Elder Scroll Online
I'm currently debating if I can even afford a subscription mmo... I know I haven't played guild wars 2 in months but at least there's no subscription. That money could certainly be spent on more minis

Re: ESO : Elder Scroll Online
I have enough of my life taken up with skyrim; I don't think I can do a MMO at the moment.
Who needs sanity? I have a Hydra
