This will not be a battle report per se. Just some ramblings from a new slave.

DE Force

2 units of 5 DR with rxb
1 unit of 16 corsairs
2 RBT's
6 CoK
1 Noble on a Co

Dwarf Force

1 unit of Warriors with GW
1 unit of warriors with HW and shield
1 unit of Iron Breakers
1 Flame Cannon
2 Thanes (1 was a BSB)
10 Thunderers

I ended up winning by something like 890 pts. Totally massacred the poor stunties.

I lost 1 unit of DR, 2 Cok, and 7 Corsairs

He had 1 unit of 8 warriors w GW left and 1 unit of Warriors with HW & shield with 10 left in it.

The highpoints of the game was when my Cok and Noble charged his iron breakers with both his Thanes in it. I won combat and forced an Auto break due to out numbering. Also, my RBT took out alot of Dwarves. I prefer shooting 6 shots over the 1.

Low point . One unit of DR not being able to take out his flame cannon.

that sums it up in a nutshell. Next time I will try to keep track and post a more detailed report as this was my first attempt at anything like that.

Well done. Consider yourself lucky he only had 10 thunderers. My friend who i play against a lot usually fields a minimum of 30 if not more. Plus an Anvil of Doom and mass artillery. Amazingly, I usually still beat him...

You should be able to do better than that from memory... I mean, it doesnt have to be DeSade style, but the battle report has to be longer than both the army lists combined...

Personally, I find it very hard to lose to the stunties, simply because they are the army where you can really attack when and where you want.

with my force against dwarves i always masacre, i lost 6 corsairs.

my army is normally:

3 lvl2 sorceress's
5 dark riders, xbows, musician
5 dark riders, xbows, musician
17 corsairs, comm
10 harpies

he uses:

20 ironbreakers
15 warriors, comm, sheilds, hand weapons
10 thunderers
thane, in ironbreakers
2 runesmiths (3 dispel runes e\ach)

i just weave around hismodels with sorceress's and dark riders, harpies attack thunderers. sorcresss cast black horror and doombolt
