What springs to my eyes is the flaming banner on the executioners. Do you play closed lists? If so, it could work out. A chimera will soon die to that. But you also run the risk of him running a chaos lord with 2+ vs fire into the unit, and just straight up bogging them down all game - butchering your BSB and lvl 4 in the process. I'd consider another banner, honestly...
Also, I am puzzled by the choice of corsairs. S3 attacks really wont put a dent in any warrior of chaos unit, most of them are T4-5 and with good armour saves - and high strenght to boot, negating your 4+ armour save on the corsairs. If you want to go S3 attacks, go witches in this matchup.

My opponent is running Throgg and a bunch of trolls in addition to his chimera, so I thought the banner would be a good idea.
In regards to the corsairs I think I might swap them for witch elves. However, I'm not sure how effective a unit of 21 would be. What would be the optimal size to run for that unit?
