Problems with uploading pictures to mugshot album

I'm probably the one doing things wrong, but I cannot upload a simple image to the mugshot gallery. I tried 3 times, with PNG in 2000x1500, JPG in 1600x1200, JPG in 640x480. None was accepted, all tries resulted in an empty picture, like this: http://druchii.net/forum/album_view.php?id=32

I have put the pictures at http://www.lysator.liu.se/~rustan/warhammer/temp/
with the final image, which is most suitable, probably, located at http://www.lysator.liu.se/~rustan/warha ... Rustan.JPG

How can I upload it? Can I delete the old pictures in some way? Is there a better forum to post this in than this?

I recieved a lot of messages saying permission denied to various areas of this website when I tried to upload the pics. Data was sent from my computer when uploading, so it shouldn't be a problem accessing the files from my computer.
