I'm not sure about warriors, I could change them to 2 more units of dark riders.

Swap the warriors for xbowmen, you also dont need the harpies for this kind of list lol

Ya, in this list crossbows synergize better. 12 wide crossbows, full command with warbanner or cold blood banner. ....that 1-2 static res from ranks isn't worth chasing unless your infantry is cheap(like 5pts/model or less).

Im late to the party. Nonetheless, here a few remarks:
Give your Beastmaster the Blood Armor and the Ruby Ring of Ruin and farm his 2+ AS! I dont value his pricey WS so much. Dont play the warriors. They stink. Either go for XBows or Dark Riders instead. If you have enough Dark Riders, you can drop the Harpies. If you got the points to spare, try to sneak in another RBT. Think about changing the Khari for a Hydra. Better def stats.
