Hey Guys,
Just thought I'd post a picture of some of my spearmen. I know it is a tad dark and I will try and post some more later. Anyway, here goes.

looks pretty nice there sean
I'm gonna give you a small tip though. after drybrushing your bases. go around the edges of the base itself with chaos black. those smudges of paint that are leftover from drybrushing can be quite irritating
I also suggest on adding a very light drybrush of white onto the bases. but maybe you've done that already. I just noticed you paint your bases similar to my own and that's the way I do it ^^ codex grey - fortress grey - skull white and then clean up the edges with chaos black, put on some grass and it looks real nice but I do like the overall look ^^

Good, i like the bases of them and nice to see bright colours on dark elves, are you going to paint a symbol on the banner or are going to leave it as it is, i thnk if you did include a symbol, it would finish the overall look of the unit. I like how much the dragons stand out, perhaps you could make this even more effective by adding a lighter colour on the inide of them, silver or yellow perhaps, but syaing that it may make them look to much like high elves. nice work.

They look ok. Im not to found of your turquoise though. My tip is that you, with lighter colours such as Hawk Turquoise, that you try painting a neutral basecoat over the black undercoat. I almost always use bestial brown. It is dark enough to not alow the black to shine through, and light enough not to shine trough lighter colours such as light reds, blues and greens. Also, a single highlight of a lighter colour is very easy. In the case of the turquoise, I'd, if I'm in a hurry that is, use ice blue on any possible highlight. Try it! Its very fast, simple, and it looks great.
