Druchii Terrain

Post by Jair666 »

Anybody out there done any fancy dark elf terrain?
Whilst I'm still in the middle of attempting to relearn how to paint, I was wondering about sprucing up our terrain some, and thought maybe some dark elfy scenery would be in order....

Sacrificial altars, shrines to Khaine etc, anyone? :)

Hirst arts stuff is great.

Here's a sacrificial temple, not mine but I will build one, one day.

I have a monolith for my CoS that turned our really cool, with a big Slaanesh symbol on it and a altar with a skull.
Further I have some ruins, a burnt church-like thing, a cardboard Tomb Kings building and some little things like a Chaos Warrior drowning in a swamp.

And of course the standard hills, bushes etc.

Heres a one piece of terrain that i once did, it´s nothing fancy when looked from close distance, but makes a perfect centerpiece to battlefield.

Use the advice in the DE army book, and you can make great terrain, cheap and fast. To think that a tree from a pet store could become a pool of sacrifice. Awesome!
Pierce him with a thousand bolts! Slice him into a million bits! Smash his head into a bloody pulp! I don't care! Just bring me the damn cake!
