What are you guys using as witch elves . I see mention of 40 and 60 but that would cost a small fortune at £12.30 for 5.

Mod's note.

Mine are a combination of 5th ed dark elf witch elves, converted 5th ed dark elves who looked sort of witch elfy, and converted 5th ed wood elf wardancers who looked sort of witch elfy. These combined give me about 40 models. It's not perfect, but in the era of mammoth-hammer, it sometimes pays to be expedient.

I don't think I have that many, but I have a nice number from a sales in the FLGS, where the old 3-model blisters were about 60% off, and they had quite a few of those still. :)

Otherwise, yeah, getting a bunch of used models on the secondary market is certainly possible for a reasonable price.

I have 50, all but the first 15 off e-bay for about $1.50 each.

I had a bunch of corsair arms and heads, so I hit a bitz dealer for extra corsair legs and warrior torsos. Took all the female warrior torsos, combined with the corsair arms, legs, and heads, and significantly expanded my Witch unit.

Just paint the 'armor' of the breastplate as a leather bustier and it looks fine. 8)

Bought them second hand. A lot of guys bought them back in 6th and then decided the army was too hard to play with. I've got somewhere in the region of 70. The split is probably 50/50 80's rockstar and medusa.
